Meditation during your treatment – FAQ
No. This experience is designed especially for beginners. There’s nothing you need to do, control, or understand — you simply listen and rest while your treatment is done. The guidance is gentle, and even letting it play in the background is enough.
That’s completely normal. Minds wander. You don’t need to stop your thoughts for the meditation to work — just listening is enough.
If you notice your thoughts pulling you away, simply acknowledge it and gently bring your attention back to the meditation. That’s all.
Clients often feel deeply relaxed and calmer, with smoother breathing and an easier sense of stillness, which makes the treatment more comfortable and allows the work to flow more gently. Without needing extra time, they experience a quiet reset — leaving not only looking beautiful, but feeling lighter, softer, and emotionally refreshed.
Yes. Many clients say it’s hard to stay still or relax their eyes during treatments like lashes, and listening to meditation gently shifts their focus away from that effort, making the experience more comfortable. For the stylist, a calmer body is easier to work with — and clients often leave feeling refreshed, not just looking good.
That’s perfectly okay. Falling asleep is a sign of deep relaxation, and the experience can still be beneficial. Even when you rest or drift off, your mind continues to receive gentle guidance in the background.
No. The meditations are neutral, gentle, and focused on relaxation and wellbeing. No beliefs are required.
Not at all. Meditation is optional. You’re always free to choose what feels right for you.
These meditations are created specifically for beauty and wellness treatments. They’re shaped by years of hands-on work with clients — understanding how hard it can be to relax, stay still, or switch off during a treatment. Combined with my daily personal meditation practice, they are soft, calming, and supportive of the nervous system — designed to help clients rest deeply while the treatment flows naturally.
